I reached the point where I couldn't study anymore - so I decided to colour my earlier line art. My excuse is that I just recently got a new mouse and needed to test it - usually I would do this with a real quick game of minesweeper...because I lead a sad life but this was much more fun.
I tried colouring the way many others seems to do it using the hard-round brush almost exclusively and this what I get. It's not done, there are still some foreground elements to do - chances are, I'll never get around to them.
The debris was inspired by an image I saw when I was reading up on Evangelion - stroke of luck.
In terms of colour, I chose everything with a little red hue making Ryo's hair slightly brown and Rika's quite red - I'm not sure but, I think that like it like that. Considering my colouring hand is progressively becoming more retarded, I'm pleased with it's efforts
OoOOO! It's colored~! You've always been really good at picking a light source and keeping it very consistent. I like the slight hue of red everything has too, and the background elements add well to that amazing sense of movement you captured so well. =3
theres nothing greater in than to be a Ghost" the ablity to go with out bounds and to do what you pleased." let the wind free you to go where want" who's stopping you, your a ghost.
Thank you, I keep threatening to do more things like this, but never get around to it.
I'm not very efficient at the whole idea development thing as I just doodle without intent - if something looks good, I carry forward. By doing that, I only get one or two final images per pad

Rika's hair is almost black on my screen, but when I move my head to the left it turns purple. Perplexing.
